In the section dealing with the President (pp. 194-195) no mention is made of the enormous administrative apparatus that makes up the Executive Branch of government. The President of the United States needs help to run this huge organization. Therefore he appoints persons to his personal “Cabinet” which heads the administration, as it is known.
